VTG 1940s WESTCLOX USA MOONBEAM Bakelite Alarm Clock Parts/Repair

This clock is not working but I took the base off to check if the light bulb was present (it is) but nothing is working, however, I can feel with my finger that it’s getting some kind of power. The second hand wouldn’t move so I left it plugged in for a few minutes. No movement on the minute hand either. I’m sure the bulb is blown but it is there. Could possibly be repaired but at worse, could be used for parts. See photos as part of the description.
