Item Description Nice Antique Clock Face here for your buying consideration.  Would make a great gift for a special occasion, or keep it for yourself! Nice older Clock face here.  Noted as being made by what appears to read a fellow named Samuel Wye of Norwick on the top of the clock face (review yourself in the pics).   There is a Norwich in England and in the USA in CT. Beautiful clock face painted on metal.  No cracks, splits or repairs to the face.  Some crazing wear, and minor scratching to the clock face finish. This antique Grandfather Clock Face is being offered to you at a price below what you would see in a high end auction house or Clock Shop.  We have been selling items out of our home for over 35 years.  We can therefore better control our acquisition costs, keep commission costs low (if applicable), and finally, we don't have the overhead that the high end auction houses and Clock Shops experience . The clock face dates to the mid to latter 1800s.  This is a clock face only. There is not a movement, clock case, and there is no pendulum rod or bob provided with this offering.  Two pins come out of the back of the clock face below the wind holes, appears a third one was broken off.  Three wind holes,  clock face had a seconds hand function.  Expect the opening below the wind arbor holes was for some sort of date function This is a grandfather clock face only. No movement, weights, pendulum, chains/cables or case. The clock face stands 17-1/16" tall, by 12-1/16 " by 1-11/16" wide.  The clock face is 11.5" across.  Let us know if you have any questions or need additional pictures. This clock face can be shipped to you.
