In great working order. Makes a soft clicking sound. Alarm makes a beep beep beep sound. This clock is make of clear acrylic and vintage grey metal. Takes one AA battery- it is missing the battery cover but does not affect the clock working. No scratches or cracks in acrylic- it is very clear and crisp.
