When pendulum is swinging, the clock does keep time, however, the mechanism to keep the pendulum swinging is not working properly (may need cleaning/lubrication or a new spring/gear. The two wooden side trim pieces are loose (see pics) and need to be re-glued
This clock has "Jaccard, St. Louis" on in the face, but the actual movement is F. Mauthe
