VTG 22" STERLING & NOBLE Quartz movement "REGULATOR" Chime Wall Clock

vintage Sterling & Noble Quartz wall clock;....21" tall , 14" wide , 3 1/2" deep..... Requires 4 AA batteries(2 for clock & 2 for Westminster Chimes....NOTE , On back label to synchronize chimes to the hour you must first set hands to 6:05(....5 min. after 6 AM.....).....after this then put in batteries AND move hands to your correct time..... I did this same sequence & clock TICS & Chimes on the correct hour....WORKS. The clock case is in good solid condition....no repairs , scratches , no cracks,.....2 clear  covers(...face dial & pendulum....) are good.......chrome plastic bezel around face is good.
