VINTAGE1940s MCM LANSHIRE SELF STARTING COMBINATION ELECTRIC CLOCK &

Patent dates this clock and lamp combo to 1948. Lanshire Self Starting It is ceramic. There is a small chip in one of the little planters on the side. I plugged this in to test it and blew a circuit. I thought about  cutting the cord off but thought someone might know how to repair the cord. So, this does not work but it worthy of the repair.  Measures 13 inches wide and is 12.5 inches tall not counting the harp or the socket for the bulb. This is from the bottom to the top of the ceramic part. Please be sure to view the photos.
