Item Description Here is a great Vintage Wuersch Bracket Clock for your buying consideration.  Would make a great gift or keep for yourself! The Wuersch Clock Company was based in Fall River, MA and would have made the case and assembled it.  The movement was made in West Germany. This Vintage Mantel Clock is being offered to you at a price below what you would see in a high end auction house or Clock Shop.  We have been selling items out of our home for over 35 years.  We can therefore better control our acquisition costs, keep commission costs low (if applicable), and finally, we don't have the overhead that the high end auction houses and Clock Shops experience . Nice looking bracket clock for you here.  The clock has a dark stained wood case.  Label on bottom says that wood is cherry.  There are no chips, cracks or missing pieces.  The case door is securely attached to the case and the glass in it is intact.  Trim cupid pieces at the four edges of the face.  The door pull is in place.  The top metal finial is bolted to the case.  The slide out rear door is in place. Good looking metal clock face.  Some minor finish loss.  Gold colored face with black numbering.  The hands match and look appropriate to the clock. The movement is a 340-020 that was made in W. Germany in 1980.  The clock has been running, striking and chiming since we acquired it. So, selling the clock in running and striking condition, but not in chiming condition. The Wuersch Clock is 12-5/8" tall, by 10.75" across, by 6-3/8" wide.  The clock face is 6-3/8" across. The clock will come with a wind key.
