A company called Woodline made these 'gear clocks.'
Only ones I am familiar with are this one, fisherman, and boat/ore.
Some say these are handcarved - I really have no clue.
From what I could find the company is still around, but only has one style clock that I found.
Clock hands just hang there, dents, dings, scratches, missing color, untested, sold for parts only, and the like.
