Vintage United Dancing Ballerina Musical Lit Clock Partially Works

This vintage clock has no breaks or cracks.  There are a few spots where the finish has chipped or worn but this would be a great candidate for restoration.  I believe the front of the ballerina is supposed to have a glass dome cover; this one does not.  First, the clock.  The cover on the back is missing.  When it's plugged in you can see the clock motor on the back spinning.  But, something must not be connected because the hands do not work.  Probably a simple fix as the motor works fine.  The ballerina.  She moves up and down when plugged in.  Turning the animation knob on the back turns the ballerina around.  The music works.  The light works (I put a new bulb in but it's a blue tint bulb as I didn't have a clear one).  The ballerina will need a new outfit as her dress is falling apart.
