Vintage Snoopy Alarm Clock W. Germany 1970 Time Works Alarm Does Not

Vintage Snoopy Alarm Clock. Blessing. Green case and pink face. West Germany. 1970. Pre-owned. Time Works, Alarm Does Not. On the face says: Made in West Germany (top); United Feature Syndicate, Inc. 1970, World Rights Reserved (bottom). Also on the face is word “blessing” and next to Snoopy Schulz signature. Face very good, hands too. Glass (plastic?) has few scratches, case is very good. There are small marks on the back. All original knobs are in. Clock is over 3.5: across (face), 5 1/8” tall. I cannot move alarm hand or alarm winder (tight). Please see all photos for details, design and condition. Thank you.
