You are purchasing a vintage Seiko Quartz World Time Zone brass Clock w/airplane second hand gold tone works used clean West One Bank Japan. Measurements: 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 3 1/4" and runs on C battery. This is a nice working clock, but does have normal scuffs/blemishes due to age.
