Vintage Ridgeway Desk / Mantel Clock, Oak Case, Hermle Movement, Made in 1989.  Approximately 20 inches wide, 10 inches tall, 5 inches deep.  In "Napoleon Hat" style.  Key unmarked, may not be original but works to wind the clock.  Runs but as with many older windup clocks it does not keep exact time.  Also, the chimes work but are not accurate.
