Vintage Renco novelty alarm clock yellow roses, onyx Stone base

It is 6.25" H. the onyx Stone base is 3.5" x 2.5". vintage 1960s plastic yellow roses, metal stem and metal frame with plastic face cover. Glow in the dark number dots and arms. Currently not working and seems to be missing one flower but that's a fairly easy replacement. They're just simply stuck inside the little stem so if you find some of those old plastic vintage flowers at a thrift store somewhere you could just cut one and replace the missing one easily.
