1966 REMINGTON America's OLDEST GUNMAKERS Wall CLOCK w/Elk RAM Mount WORKING !!!
Here is a very nice looking working condition Remington Arms display clock.
I believe these were made in 1966 to celebrate 150 years in business.
Originally these look to have been plug in AC clocks, but, some time in the past this one was converted to a battery operated quartz movement, don't know if factory conversion or what - keeps great time.
Measures about 14 inches in height, 7-1/2 inches across, and 6-1/2 inches profile to the tip of the Rams head nose.
Really its in pretty nice overall condition, no seriously terrible damage, some light wear and dust from age, some small age looking cracks in antlers but no missing pieces, a larger crack on each antler tip but both are complete with no missing bits, displays very well and a classic piece - check it out !!!
I will take extreme case on packing around the delicate antlers to prevent any further cracking to the tips - please be careful when unwrapping !!! Note: Battery will be removed prior to shipping, its a standard C cell size.
This Remington advertising clock display would be a great addition to any vintage hunting or sporting goods collection or would make an excellent decorative piece for a man cave or hunting lodge and fully functional too.
