Vintage movable cuckoo clock My Heart Ticks 4 U sterling charm

This is a vintage sterling charm of a cuckoo clock.  It says "My Heart Ticks for You" using rebuses on the back.  The balls on the pendulum move up and down.  The charm is marked sterling on the spring ring, and has a great patina, but could use a cleaning in spots.  The balls on the pendulum don't appear to be sterling, just silver tone.  The charm measures 1 7/8 inches high (including the pendulum) and 3/4 of an inch at its widest and weighs 11.9 grams.
