VINTAGE HATTORI SEIKO JAPAN ASTRO BOY MIGHTY ATOM TALKING ALARM CLOCK

(PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTOR BEFORE BIDDING) This auction is for a new in box, vintage, Hattori Seiko brand, Japanese anime, “Astro Boy” ("The Mighty Atom") talking, quartz alarm clock. It uses 3 AA batteries (not included). Comes with its Japanese instruction book. I tested it with new batteries and the clock works and the figure talks. The instructions are in Japanese to be able to use the alarm features etc. (which I did not test). IMPORTANT: The top of the base as well as the front of it is slightly discolored from age. It is more yellow and muted than the brightly colored bottom were the batteries go. Probably to do with the box being in storage for decades? The front of the box has areas where the price tags once were. (See photos for details) I am the original owner. It has been in climate controlled flat storage since purchased.
