Vintage George Nelson - Howard Miller Mosaic Tile Clock, MCM, Eames Era

Vintage George Nelson - Howard Miller Mosaic Tile Clock, MCM, Eames Era Up for sale is a working George Nelson-designed ceramic tile by Howard Miller in excellent condition, probably from the 1960's.  I've seen a few of these in brown and black, but not too many with this color pattern. This wall clock features a eye-catching display of aqua blues and raven black ceramic tiles (.75 " x .75") accented by a pair of black painted metal clock hands; all surrounded by a deep set walnut framework. The clock is in working order with a replacement battery operated quartz movement.  It kept accurate time during the 24 hour period that I monitored it. *** I HAVE ADDED NEW PHOTOS OF THE CLOCK SINCE SOME INITIAL PHOTOS APPEAR TO SHOW A DAMAGED TILE AT 3:00.  THERE IS NO DAMAGE.
