Vintage Franz Hermle Wind Up Mantle Clock No (1977) 340 020 Works But

This is a very nice looking clock and I cannot find another like it anywhere.  It will wind and work for a short while and then slows and stops.  Could use a little clean up or tune but all parts are in great shape.  It has the key and paperwork and looks like the timekeeping mechanism inside is built in 1977.  The front clock face is very nice and unique and other than a small spit that does not appear to go all the way though the bottom.  This is an excellent clock that could work perfectly with very little needed.  It does chime when it runs long enough to get to that point.  This piece contains a 340-020 timekeeping mechanism and likely just needs to be cleaned up and tuned.  It looks to be in excellent shape with all the parts as it does work for a short bit until it stops.
