Vintage Fenton Blue Carnival Glass Signed #16/75 Bill Fenton's 75th

This is a vintage Fenton Glass desk alarm clock.  It is a blue iridescent rainbow carnival glass type.  It is battery operated and does run.  the alarm is a series of beeps.  The face is silver with black Roman numeral numbers.  The bottom is etched, It's Party Time.... Bill's 75th, 11-13-98, Bill Fenton (signature) #16/75. This measures 4 1/2 inches high by 6 inches wide and 2 inches deep.  There are no chips or cracks that I can see or feel. Excellent condition.
