Vintage Electric Bulova Mantel Clock. Model 3210. 5 Bells. Does Not

Vintage Bulova Mantel Electric Clock. Five Bells. Unfortunately Clock Does Not Work. Pre-owned. It is a beautiful old clock and I hope that someone  will be able to restore it. I would estimate at being manufactured early 1940s. Case is almost very good, with a few scratches. Face good. Glass is loose and I do not think it is original. There is damage to the cord where it connects to the clock (outside) and also inside (please see pictures). On the metal back plaque it says: “BULOVA ELECTRIC CLOCK, MODEL NUMBER 3210, BULOVA WATCH COMPANY, FIFTH AVENUE, NEW YORK”. Clock is 9.5” wide and a bit over 15” high.
