VINTAGE DORSET REGULATOR 31 DAY MECHANICAL WALL MANTEL CLOCK MADE IN

Regulator 31 day Mechanical Wall/Mantel Dorset Clock The clock is made in Korea The clock chimes every half of hour once.  Then Chimes the number of hours on the hour. The clock condition is clean but needs a little love. I can not get it to work but I have not messed with it as I am not a clock expert. If I move the arms manually I can get it to chime. There are some issues with the wood - side there is a crack and the top looks funny but not sure what is wrong with it (see pictures) Please, see the pictures and ask your questions if you have them. The size is 19"x12"5 1/2"; the clock face is 7" in diameter.
