 Here is a Rec ent Estate Find. This is a Rare Vintage CHELSEA U.S. Government Commercial Industrial Ship Engine Room Clock, Made by the Chelsea Clock Company Boston Mass USA. This was made By Chelsea for the U.S. Government. It Has a Bakelite Black Porthole Style Case with Hinged Cover and Screw Knob Latch. The Case is Signed on the Back "Chelsea Clock Co. Boston", and Signed Inside "P-6902". The Dial is a White Metal Dial, Signed "Chelsea Clock Co. Boston U.S. Government". This has a Chelsea 8 Day Brass Mechanical Wind-Up "Time Only" Lever Movement, Which Winds From The Front. The Movement is Signed "12E-1970 Chelsea Clock Co. Boston USA 755724".  It is a Key Wind Clock That Winds from The Front, and Includes a Winding Key.  The Clock Measures approx. 7 1/2 " in Diameter, with a 5" Dial. This is in Good Original Condition with Normal Wear From Age, As Pictured, Click and Enlarge Photos For Details. Front Glass Has a Ding on the Edge. This is in Good Working Condition!!!
