Used. Tested and it keeps time, see video. Astrology part wasn't tested.  The paper in the clock has some warping. Case has a number of scratches and marks.  Tool is included and was put back inside the clock as per the directions. Measurements are approx. See pictures.  Year manufactured is a guess.
