Telechron Pedrara Onyx "Statesman" Clock Mod. #4H81, 1937-42, Runs &

This item is a very handsome Telechron White Pedrara Onyx "Statesman" Clock, Model #4H81, 1937-1942, Runs and Keeps Time. The Gold cord and White un-polarized plug are new but period-correct, with the cord updated to Rayon, perfectly emulating the earlier silk cords. This clock is very substantial, as the Stone body of the clock has quite a bit of heft.  Only 11,700 of this model of these Onyx clocks were produced, a very short run for a Telechron model -- undoubtedly because of the switchover to wartime production in 1942 when the model was cut short.
