This is a NON WORKING vintage "Baby Ben" Wind up Alarm Clock by Westclox.
Produced from 1964-1980. Casing is plastic, brass like and metal. It is in good condition for being over 50 years old! Stands approximately 3 1/4 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches wide x 1 3/4 inches deep. Plastic base (Slightly yellowed), Plastic face cover, metal housing for dials, etc. The hands are glow in the dark.
I can wind it, but if won’t keep ticking. The ticking is very soft. The clock has marks and scuffs from age/wear.
