When tested, both the music works and the figures rotate inside of the clock, as can be seen by the provided video. HOWEVER, the actual mechanical movement of the hands of the clock appear to be BROKEN. For this reason, this clock will be sold AS IS and in a "for parts or not working condition" Batteries are NOT included here - you will need to provide your own.
