Vintage 1970s Pepsi Hanging Wall Clock Sign Advertisement

Nice shape.  Slight scuffs and edge wear. Please see all photos.  I did plug in clock and it does not seem to be working.  I did not open the inside as I really do not want to tamper with to much as I do not know much about.  So I'm saying it has been tested and is not working.  It could be an easy fix?  It shows very nice and the design is really cool.  Sold as is so please ask any questions you might have.
