Up for bid is an original vintage pre-owned 1950s Westclox Big Ben Style 6 Loud Alarm Clock Ivory Plain for Parts or Repair. Found at an estate sale. This is a Big Ben that went on the market in 1940s -1950s and they were wind-ups. The Style 6 clock was produced from 1954 to 1956 in a limited production before it was discontinued. This Big Ben is a Loud Alarm clock. Clock is in good cosmetic condition. Some storage wear around edges and minor staining and paint loss. Measures about 5.5” tall and about 5.5”wide. Tested and both clock and alarm do work, but it will start and stop ticking intermittently . The alarm does work and rings until the spring is wound down. It may only need a good cleaning.
