Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Vintage Working 1950's Schmid German Brass "Mid Century Modern" 8 Day Jeweled Brass Music Box Mantel Shelf Clock, Made in Germany by W.U. A. Schmid-Schlenker Germany . This has a Brass Mechanical 8 Day 'Time Only' Movement with Fixed Four Ball Rotary Torsion Pendulum, That Winds and Sets from the Rear . The Case is a Footed Lucite, Brass and Glass "Carriage Clock Style" Case, With Lower Trinket Drawer, Which Has a Swiss Music Box Which Plays the Song " Kerzenwalzer",  When the Drawer is Opened!  The Dial is a Deco Metal Dial Signed "Schmid Jeweled 8 Day Western Germany".  The Clock Measures approx. 6 1/2" Wide x 6 1/2" Tall x 3" Deep. The Clock is in Working Condition, and Music Box Works Too!! The Clock Has Not Been Serviced, Sold As Found!!! This is a Rare Clock and will make a Stunning addition to your Home or Collection.
