Viennese Blue Guilloche Enamel Annular Table Top Mantel Clock

the person that bought this did not follow through on his payment . this will give some ebayer a second opportunity to buy this fabulous clock. he will be blocked from ever buying anything from me again.up for your consideration is this Viennese blue guilloche  enameled annular clock, this is late 19th century in the form of an egg or a urn  with hand painted medallions of young women in classical settings along with three puttis on domed pedestal base, gilded accents, shoulder with rotating dial featuring Roman numerals vessel with columnar decoration with Teardrop shape glass drops and silver  chain swags, no marks viewed, mounted to octagonal white stone foot(appears to be marble or a milky quartz?) the enamel and clock are in excellent condition unfortunately this is not working mechanism turns but does not release, the size is approximately 4 1/2 inches high by 2 1/4 inches in diameter. if you take it 2 clock man I'm sure he can make it run properly. as always buy with the utmost confidence because I give a 100% unconditional guarantee on every item I sell on ebay.
