Victorian Maiden Clock Topper in Fancy 8 Flounce Dress, Pelerine Cape , Bonnet A Lovely Victorian Maiden Clock Topper in a Fancy 1850’s Style Eight-Flounce Dress with a Pelerine Cape and a Decorated Bonnet. The Clock Topper is made of a very detailed solid cast metal alloy (she weighs just over a pound!) with 2” long threaded rods extending out from each of her heels.  Some of the original antique gold paint can still be seen.  She measures 6” tall by approx. 3” wide at the bottom of her dress by 2” deep (front-to-back).
