Item came from estate auction. It was part of a larger lot I bid on and won. Appears to be new, in original packaging. Wrist tether does not appear to have ever been unwound from original packaging. I would call it "used, like new". I do not know if it requires batteries or how it works.
I do not consider any offers for less than 75% of the 'Buy It Now' price.
