Thomas Kinkade 2006 “Victorian Light” with Glass Dome Rotating

Thomas Kinkade 2006 Victorian Light with Glass Dome Rotating Pendulum Clock. This clock is beautiful with no chips or cracks. The clock keeps time and the pendulum rotates. Not sure if this is suppose to chime on the hour but it does not do this. When I push the red button that is inside the battery area it does play music but doesn’t chime on the hour. Takes 2-AA batteries that are not included.
