Seth Thomas Vintage Legacy IV clock Mantle Shelf Clock. I plugged it in for a few minutes and it does seem to work although I didn’t let it run long so not sure if the chimes work. Condition is "Used". There are signs of wear and use such as chips in the cabinet. There are parts in a bag that were in the back when I found it.
