Seth Thomas Barrister Mantel Clock Quartz playing Westminister-Ave

This is a beautiful Seth Thomas Barrister model Quartz Mantle Clock playing West Minister - Ave Maria chimes.  Unfortunately, it does not work.  It contains a Hermle Quartz 2115 Germany movement (which I found a replacement for on eBay - $54) but when fresh batteries were inserted - it did not work.  My knowledge of clocks is very limited so I will leave it to the buyer to fix.  The cabinet is in wonderful condition with no damage.  Please examine my pictures carefully as they are the best descriptors.  Any questions, please email.  Thanks!
