Seth Thomas 8 Day Oak School House Clock Made In October 1897

125 years old!The clock is in good running condition and keeping time. The movement was recently ultrasonically clean, oiled and tested! It comes with a key, ready to enjoy! It's an 8-day time only Seth Thomas movement. The case is 21 1/2 inches high and 14 in wide. This clock has unusual joints on the case that are almost like a biscuit joint. It's an inset disc from the back. There is also some 100-year-old cardboard thumbtacked to both sides to keep dust out of the gap behind the dial. I left these alone although they are crumbling and not in very good condition. I thought it was kind of a unique way to cover the gaps and if you want you can remove them. The clock still has its original wavy glass and wooden door latch.
