Seiko Alarm Clock Quartz Japan Battery Operated Large Bell Bedside

I have a Seiko Quartz Alarm Clock with large bell ringer on the top. Rather rare clock! This is battery operated, made in Japan. Works! The frame is metal, with a sort of slate color (grey/black) in my opinion.
