It is the 10c American Clock with overall tagging on un-phosphored paper.  The self-adhesive single is serpentine die cut 11¼ x 11. The variety was added to the 2014 Scott Specialized catalogue with minor number.  The original 3757 clock stamps (sold separately) are on prephosphored paper (and overall tagging).  All clock sheet stamps bear 2003 date. Derry Noyes designed all the American Design Series stamps. This is part of an ongoing set that first began in 2002 with the 5c American Toleware coil. 3757 3757v Special Sets Are Shipped in Catalogue Order Inside a Protective Case After the Auction: Stock photo.
