Scarce Seth Thomas 8-Day Time and Strike Mahogany Adamantine Mantel Clock Circa 1917 Working Well This is a scarce antique Seth Thomas 8-day time and strike Adamantine mantel clock featuring beautiful mahogany Adamantine colors.  It measures 17 1/4" wide, 5 1/4" deep and 10 1/2" tall. It runs well and strikes a gong at the top of the hour with the correct number of hours and once at the bottom of the hour. The condition overall is very good.  The Adamantine finish has some minor chips on the right curved front edge and a couple of cracks under the dial (see photos) which are not really that noticeable. The clock face is in good condition and is marked Seth Thomas. It is running good at the time of this listing but may need slight adjustment after shipping. The key and pendulum bob are included. You will not be disappointed in this fine antique clock.
