S. La Rose Inc. Mantle Wall Clock 2 Movements Westminster 350-060 Parts

Up for sale are two La Rose movements from different clocks obviously.  The first is the 1/99 Unadjusted No jewel made in India clock movement.  When I mess with it there is nothing that happens on either side of the clock even though it is fully wound.  I would say it is pretty much just for parts.  The La Rose 350-060 movement which I see was in some Seth Thomas clocks with the Westminster chime does advance when you start it manually but it only runs for a few seconds before it quits, if the activate the chime it goes though the chime process.  Although dirty I think that this one may run with a little work.  On this movement from outside wind stem to the other outside wind stem is 3 5/8"  with the center wind and hand stem in the middle of those two.  I believe the gong bar is the correct one for the Westminster chime movement.
