RARE VINTAGE Imhof Bucherer Brass 8-Day Memovox Alarm Clock Swiss Made

Carriage style RARE VINTAGE Imhof Bucherer Brass 8-Day 15 Jewel Memovox Alarm Clock.    This Carriage style is a high-grade brass desk clock it is Swiss made with Mechanical clock movement. This is a "Memovox" design alarm clock (one key to wind the mainspring for both alarm and the clock). Memovox is a very special Swiss made complex clockwork mechanical design. How it would work: w hen setting the alarm, switch the alarm ON/OFF switch to OFF. Wind the winding key. Dial the alarm setting dial to the time you want the alarm to go on. Switch the ON/OFF to ON. Alarm setting is ready. The back is stamped "SWISS" with the numbers 1652720 15 Jewels.  The bottom is also stamped "SWISS" with the numbers 10 685. This was a old Family Estate item.  The clock is in lovely vintage condition. You can judge the cosmetic condition from the photos. The hour & second dials work & the hands move with ease, I can set the alarm and then move the hour hand around manually and when it reaches the set time the alarm goes off, however, the clock itself does not work.
