RARE! The Nightmare Before Christmas Christmas Town Cuckoo Clock LE 1500 Germany This NBC Cuckoo Clock is a truly magical, unique and exceptional collectors item! It's a limited edition of 1500, long sold out, but here's your chance to own this wonderful work of functional art. It's never been displayed and only taken out of the box for photos. I didn't want to assemble it, in order to preserve its original packed state as much as possible. It's sculpted by Disney artist Addis Zaryan. Jack Skellington is decked out in his Sandy Claws finery and presides over the colorful world of Christmas Town. It has a lackbird that shows up on the hour to the tune of Jack's lament, "What's This?". This piece is mostly wooden and the case and mechanism was constructed by master craftsman in Germany. A few additional decorative elements are rendered in quality resin. The weights are heavy cast iron pinecones and it's beautifully painted. The hands of the clock are Santa hats. Even the sides are decorated - one with a window, the other with a chimney. The pendulum is also wooden. It measures 13.5" tall, 7" wide, and 5.5" deep. This comes with the original box and COA. The WDC LE Sticker is on the clock somehwere...I forgot to take a pic of it.
