Rare Antique Estell’s Programme Regulator Clock Parts Jerome??

Rare Antique Estell’s Programme Regulator Clock Parts. Incomplete, not working and sold for parts or repair. Missing strike bell and the big wheel from the back that would have operated the program. Possibly a Jerome case and movement. Minute hand replaced and the hands aren’t secured. They flat-spotted the top of the round bezel and there are a few other chips to it as well. Metal strap repair to back of top. A complete restoration project. Measures about 20 1/2” x 12 1/2”. Dial about 10 1/2” including brass surround.
