Price Drop-Black Forest German Novelty Cuckoo Clock-Quarter

This is a Black Forest German quarter hour cuckoo clock. It is designed to cuckoo 1x every 15 minutes. The movement has been oiled and one of the bellows has a small patch as seen in the photos.
The cuckoo bellows need adjustment. The wire mechanism is not dropping the second bellow as it should. The bellows should technically be recovered as they are stiffer than they should be and probably a little brittle., do not have the correct sound. The clock runs and keeps time as it should. It will be up to you to fine tune and recover the bellows with new material if you wish to get it working 100%.
I will say that it looks like the movement was not run very much at all.
