PIKACHU mini clock figure with Mudkip card POKEMON Wendy's Kid's Meal

Hey kids from Wendy's 2002 POKEMON promotion , a New In Original Package (NIOP) PIKACHU clock Kids’ Meal toy. This rare & hard to find 3.25" tall hard plastic clock figure toy does not show a time in its LCD window. I’m pretty sure the batteries are dead after 21 years in side the bag. I do not know if they can be replaced or not. A clear plastic sleeve containing a Mudkip card numbered 12/15 is included behind the clock figure. It is great for collecting, displaying, playing with and can even be used as a Cake Topper, Decoration or Ornament . It is still in the ORIGINAL UNOPENED PLASTIC BAG.
