Pennsylvania House Hermle Germany Westminster Chime Mantle Clock 4

This is a Pennsylvania House Special Edition Franz Hemle mantle clock with a German movement 340-020. It is not working and needs repaired. Photos 5 and 6 show the parts needing repaired. There is also a screw missing on the top handle, and the back cover is missing. It does come with the wind-up key. It is sold as-is, for parts or repair, no returns or refunds.
