Outstanding American Mahogany Tall Case Clock 19th century.

Attributed to Vermont or Massachusetts, painted metal face with second hand and date dial featuring a bird crest, the hood with broken arched pediment featuring an inlaid plinth and inlaid rosettes, brass finials, reeded front fully turned columns, side window apertures, the case with hinged waist board, reeded corner columns, the base with central inlaid paterae and inlaid corner fans, scalloped pierced skirt, straight bracket feet, with two weights, pendulum and winding key.
89 x 19 x 9.5 in.  It is in great condition the dial is original and the mechanism has a bell strike, and weight driven eight day works. The clock is in working order.
