For auction is an original Chelsea flag dial used in 4 1/2" brass or nickel cases. These dial are brand new in the plastic wrapping. The dial is 4 3/8" in diameter. All clocks and parts over $100 value ship with insurance. Please look at the pictures and ask any questions before bidding. New York State buyers must pay 8% sales tax unless you have a valid resale tax number.
