Collectibles / Decorative Collectibles / Clocks / Desk, Mantel & Shelf Clocks
This is an early American, Victorian style Dresser clock. The clock was wound an was allowed to run for several hours before it was prepped and boxed for shipping. It ran continuously until and after it was catalogued. It wasn’t tested for accuracy or run duration and the last service is unknown, so it’s being sold for restoration. The case is in nice condition with what appears to be an early or original finish. The depiction is a seated cherub/putti/Psyche on top of a clock that rests on paw feet. I don’t see any major flaws. There’s is some finish wear around the body of the clock wear it was picked up to be wound, but nothing that shouldn’t be expected. It’s a nice clock in great condition and it’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!
