Collectibles / Decorative Collectibles / Clocks / Desk, Mantel & Shelf Clocks
This clock comes from a mans clock shop who died a few years ago. The note with it said it was very rare, made by a company in New York, running but needs cleaning, is a model 111 B and it counts or strikes on a bell. I can add some to that. It does ring on a bell and I gave it a few winds two days ago and it is still running and striking correctly. But even I can see that it is very dirty inside. The metal case is in good condition with no broken pieces that I can see. The clock movement is marked E. N Welch, Forestville CT USA. The pendulum and key are included, these are pictured. There is obviously no dial with it. Who knows what has happened with it. There is a small split in the wood back. Its 13.25” high, about 18.5” left to right at it’s widest point. Very solidly built, has a strong tick, again considering that it is dirty inside. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an integral part of the description. Since I have no way to actually test it it is being sold in "as is, used not running needing service" condition unless noted differently above. Nothing is included other than what is pictured. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding. No partial refunds are ever given for any reason. I do not ship outside the US. NO exceptions. You must supply a US address to bid on this item.
